Founded by Steven Werley, a former Army Ranger turned sales agency operator, Closable.ai is the result of years spent building custom systems for remote sales teams who wanted better performance without more admin work or tech overwhelm.

Note from the founder

For years I ran sales teams the hard way.

We had talented closers, plenty of leads, and still watched deals slip through the cracks because our systems couldn’t keep up. Reps were updating spreadsheets, guessing on follow up, and wasting hours digging for information instead of talking to people.

I knew there had to be a better way.

Drawing on my background in computer science, marketing, and my experience as an Army Ranger and sales agency operator, I started building my own internal tools: automated follow up loops, AI call reviews, cleaner pipelines, and agentic workflows to handle research and reminders.

Those systems helped my teams hit higher show rates, better close rates, and more predictable revenue without burning out.

Closable.ai is the product of that journey.
